Telephone and E-mail Bookings

1. Interpub plc charges the full accommodation fee at the time of booking. This is a “non-refundable payment”
2. Bookings will only be taken with a valid credit card number.
3. No credit facilities are available and accommodation must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail up to 48 hours after you book.
5. Photo identification is required on check-in. Valid ID includes passport, photo driving licence or national identity card.

Pricing and Payment Policy

1. We accept most credit and debit cards, but not Amex.
2. You may be asked to complete a fax form to authorize your card.
3. We cannot accept Solo or Electron Cards via telephone or e-mail.
4. Only two people allowed in one apartment per night.

Internet Bookings

2. A minimum stay of 3 days must be confirmed if you will staying with us on the 31st of December.
3. You must check your e-mail confirmation carefully as we are not responsible for errors you may have made in entering your details. It is not always possible to make changes or corrections. If you have any doubts about your booking please call us and we can check the details on our system.
